We process personal data, name and personal identity number, in with the reason for e.g. login to our course portal, issuing certificates, invoicing. The processing is necessary to complete the sale of courses. The APV trainers have no time limit for the storage of your personal data. As a registered student, you have the right to request the deletion of your data.
We care about your privacy and strive to protect your personal data in the best possible way. This policy details the type of information we collect and how it is used.

What personal data do we process about you and why?
We process personal data, such as names and personal identification numbers, for purposes such as logging in to our course portal, issuing certificates and invoicing.
When purchasing training
The following personal data is stored in connection with an order: Name, address, e-mail, telephone number, date of birth and IP address, as well as any personal number for registration of skills on ID06. The processing is necessary to be able to complete the sale and provision of courses. We process your data to be able to fulfill our commitment to carry out the training and issue certificates and for contact with other people linked to the training assignment.
We process your personal data in order to fulfil contractual obligations, to manage and administer invoicing, reminders and payments, to manage and administer our accounting and to manage and administer customer receivables.
We process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest to communicate with you by email and telephone and to provide efficient and accurate documentation, administration and processing of the training assignment.
Other use of the website
Certain functionalities of the website allow users to enter personal data (newsletter, contact form, etc.), in these cases the data you have entered is stored.

We store personal data for the time necessary for the respective purpose.
If you participate in a course, your data will be kept until you decide to unsubscribe. You can always request the deletion of your data by contacting us.
For example, certain accounting data must be kept for at least seven years due to legislation. We also process certain data about your purchase in accordance with applicable purchase or consumer purchase legislation.
For cookies, the treatment varies depending on which cookie is set in your browser. Permanent cookies remain on your computer until you delete them or the expiry date has passed. Session cookies have no expiry date and are stored temporarily on your computer while you are on the website.

Login details will be sent immediately after the purchase is completed. In the case of orders for more than one participant, it may take up to 4 hours for the login details to be sent. Participant login details are private and may not be used by anyone other than the participant themselves.

These terms and conditions of purchase ("Terms") apply when you as a customer ("Customer") place an order through the website kravkompetens.com. By making a purchase through the Website, the Customer thereby agrees to the Terms.
Prices
We reserve the right to change prices and statutory charges. VAT is currently charged at 25% on all prices.

Terms of delivery
General terms of delivery
When you purchase a training course from kravkompetens.com, you get direct access to the course on your account (an account is automatically created if no existing account is registered with the specified email address).
Right of withdrawal or cancellation of training
COURSE BOOKING IS BINDING. As access to the course is granted immediately after purchase, it is not possible to cancel the course or get a refund.
Payment methods
Payment by debit or credit card
Payment by card is made in accordance with current rules for online payment in Sweden and the EU. We use stripe card payment solution. We accept the following cards: Visa and MasterCard. The money will be reserved on your account at the time of order. All transactions are sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are therefore encrypted. No card numbers are stored.

For orders over 10 000 SEK, prepayment may be required at checkout.
When changing the invoice, the buyer must notify this within 8 days from the time of purchase, otherwise a fee of 600 SEK will be charged to the buyer.
In cases where the invoice is not paid despite reminders and collection demands, KRAVKOMPETENS/APV UTBILDARNA I SVERIGE AB reserves the right to delete the participant's account, certificate and any ID06 registration.
